盘式制动器制动盘的模态特性是影响整个系统制动平稳性的重要因素。为了降低制动过程中的制动抖动和噪音,利用所搭建的多功能实验台,对盘式制动器制动盘的模态特性进行试验研究,得到制动盘的固有频率和模态振型,对比理论分析结果,两者总体上基本一致。所得的研究成果为进一步提高盘式制动器制动性能提供了可靠的实验依据。
Modal characteristics of disc brake disc are important factors affecting the stability of the entire system brake. In order to reduce the brake jitter and noise in the process of braking, the multi-functional experimental set-up was used to study the modal characteristics of disc brake disc, and the natural frequency and modal shape of brake disc were obtained. Compared with the theoretical analysis, the two are basically the same. The research results obtained provide a reliable experimental basis for further improving the braking performance of disc brakes.
