2300毫米三辊中板轧机万向接轴平衡装置原设计如图1所示:上、下接轴使用合金轴瓦支承,稀油循环润滑;上接轴通过杠杆重锤平衡,下接轴用悬挂压缩弹簧平衡。该种结构在生产运行中经常发生如下故障:1.合金轴瓦由于密封不良而严重漏油,并且由于润滑不当,合金经常灼毁。
