研究了高能球磨法制备的(B4C)p/6061Al复合粉末中B4C颗粒的形貌、粒度以及在铝基体中的分布情况等。试验结果表明,高能球磨法是集改变增强体颗粒形貌、控制增强体颗粒粒度、改善增强体颗粒分布均匀性和增强体与基体之间界面结合的有效方法。复合粉末中B4C颗粒近似呈球形,弥散均匀分布于铝基体中,多数颗粒的粒度在亚微米范围内,并且颗粒粒度越小,分布越均匀。
The morphology, particle size and distribution of B4C particles in (B4C) p / 6061Al composite powders prepared by high energy ball milling were investigated. The experimental results show that the high energy ball milling method is an effective method to change the particle morphology of reinforcement, control particle size of reinforcement, improve the uniformity of particles distribution and enhance the interface between matrix and matrix. The B4C particles in the composite powders are nearly spherical, uniformly dispersed in the aluminum matrix, the particle size of most particles is in the submicron range, and the smaller the particle size, the more uniform the distribution.
