目的对本院两种人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)定量检测方法进行比较。方法分别对化学发光免疫法和酶联荧光免疫法进行重复性、稳定性及比对实验。结果两种方法重复性和稳定性均较好,比对实验中两种方法相关性理想。结论化学发光免疫法和酶联荧光免疫法均具有较高的重复性和稳定性。两种方法比较各有优势,实验室可根据具体情况选择。
Objective To compare the quantitative detection of two human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in our hospital. Methods The repeatability, stability and comparison of chemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were compared respectively. Results The repeatability and stability of the two methods were good, and the correlation between the two methods in the comparison experiment was ideal. Conclusion Both chemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay have high repeatability and stability. Comparison of the two methods have their own advantages, the laboratory can choose according to the specific circumstances.
