我国社会经济的高速发展,为我国企业发展带来了新的机遇,也带来了新的挑战,企业数量不断增加、企业规模不断扩大,致使企业之间的差距不断缩小,同时,市场竞争日益白热化,因此,新形势下,企业只有加强经济管理,创新管理策略,方可提高市场竞争力。本文首先阐述了新形势下,企业经济管理存在的弊端,然后,提出了新形势下,企业经济管理的创新策略,仅供参考。
