鉴于国内没有统一的有关公路桥面防水粘结层的试验方法,本文选取5种不同防水粘结层材料,利用自行设计剪切仪和拉拔仪在室内进行了材料及力学性能的试验研究,分析得出了改性乳化沥青、改性沥青及Strata沥青最佳的洒布量;其次结合郑民高速公路实际工程,通过现场检测,对室内分析数据进行验证。最终给出不同桥面防水层的试验技术标准。
In view of the fact that there is no unified test method for the waterproof adhesive layer of highway bridge deck, five kinds of waterproof adhesive layer materials were chosen in this paper. The materials and mechanical properties of the bridge deck were experimentally researched indoors by using self-designed shear instrument and puller. The optimum distribution of modified emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt and Strata bitumen was obtained by analysis. Secondly, combined with the actual engineering of Zheng-Min Freeway, the indoor analysis data was verified through on-site inspection. In the end, different experimental technical standards for deck waterproofing are given.
