在离体培养条件下,芝麻(l3OehmerianiveaL。)经秋水仙素处理,再经不定芽诱导和继代培养后,获得的变异株染色体数目出现多样性,其中包括四倍体、三倍体、二倍体和多种非整倍体细胞。以四倍体和三倍体水平的植株为母本与二倍体栽培品种杂交,对杂交后代进行倍性观察,发现染色体数目变化在12-84之间。不同植株甚至同一植株染色体数目也不一致。从251个杂交后代中获得的三倍体细胞所占比例超过50%的植株有35个。还对多倍体水平的植株进行了有丝分裂观察,发现三极分裂、不均等分裂和落后染色体等异常有丝分裂现象。其次,还观测了气孔、花粉粒,同样发现多样性。
Under the condition of in vitro culture, sesame (l3OehmerianiveaL.)
