1994年以来,上海纺织系统根据“第二次创业”的总体目标和创业规划,全力推进“品牌战略”,进行了一些具有开创性的探索与尝试,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,推动了上海纺织业第二次创业、再创辉煌的进程。
