目的观察中药离子导入治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效以及住院时间。方法将68例儿童社区获得性肺炎随机分成两组,对照组34例应用抗生素治疗,治疗组34例在对照组治疗基础上应用中药离子导入,比较两组疗效以及住院时间,观察2组治疗7天时疗效以及治疗10天后疗效、住院时间,两组肺部全胸片浸润阴影吸收情况。结果两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组疗效相当。治疗组治疗10天后治愈率明显优于对照组,住院天数少于对照组。结论中药离子导入联合抗生素治疗儿童CAP,能够缩短患儿症状改善时间,提高治愈率,促进肺部炎症病灶的良好吸收,缩短住院时间,减少抗生素耐药性产生。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and hospital stay of iontophoresis of Chinese medicine in children with community-acquired pneumonia.
