目的讨论心脏手术术后的患者进行护理干预措施的效果。方法选取ICU内收治的心脏术后的患者128例作为本次研究的对象,对所有受试对象进行护理干预,观察患者术后的恢复情况。结果所有患者术后进行护理干预后,患者康复出院120例(93.8%),患者发生死亡5例(3.9%),患者发生感染3例(2.3%)。结论对心脏手术术后的患者,应根据患者手术的特殊性采用针对性护理方式,结合患者自身特点制定护理方案,降低患者术后的感染率和死亡率。
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention in patients after cardiac surgery. Methods A total of 128 patients undergoing cardiac surgery within the ICU were selected as the subjects of this study. Nursing intervention was performed on all the subjects and the postoperative recovery was observed. Results All patients received postoperative nursing interventions. 120 patients (93.8%) were discharged from hospital, 5 (3.9%) died and 3 (2.3%) patients were infected. Conclusions For patients after cardiac surgery, we should adopt the specific nursing method according to the particular operation of the patients and formulate the nursing plan according to their own characteristics so as to reduce the postoperative infection rate and mortality rate.
