心肌细胞的微管蛋白、微丝蛋白及中间纤维结蛋白是构成心肌细胞的主要骨架蛋白。它们对于维持心肌细胞正常形态、调节心肌细胞一系列生理活动起着重要的作用。本文从骨架蛋白分子结构、空间构筑、基因表达特点以及其与心脏疾病的关系,对目前国内外研究现状进行综述,认为进一步深入研究心肌细胞骨架结构、功能、骨架蛋白基因调控以及骨架蛋白与心衰的关系,仍是今后分子心肌细胞学研究的主攻课题。
Myocardial cell tubulin, fibroin and intermediate fibronectin constitute the major skeletal proteins of cardiomyocytes. They play an important role in maintaining the normal morphology of cardiomyocytes and regulating a series of physiological activities of cardiomyocytes. This review summarizes the current research status at home and abroad from the molecular structure, spatial structure, gene expression characteristics of skeletal protein and its relationship with heart disease, and further studies the structure and function of skeletal muscle cytoskeleton, the regulation of skeletal protein gene, Decline in the relationship between the molecular cardiomyocyte molecular research in the future is still the main topic.
