采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记ALL,通过夹心酶联法检测各种胃病患者胃液中的胃蛋白酶。结果:胃蛋白酶在正常组(15例)、胃炎组(28例)、十二指肠溃疡组(25例)、胃溃疡组(25例)及胃癌组(13例)中的含量无显著性差异。但胃液pH值≥5的胃蛋白酶含量明显高于pH值<4的酶含量。表明胃粘膜屏障的局部缺陷使之对胃蛋白酶抵抗能力下降,可能与消化性溃疡的发生关系更为密切。
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) -labeled ALL was used to detect pepsin in gastric juice of various stomach patients by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: There was no significant difference in pepsin between normal group (15 cases), gastritis group (28 cases), duodenal ulcer group (25 cases), gastric ulcer group (25 cases) and gastric cancer group (13 cases) difference. However, the gastric juice pH value ≥ 5 pepsin content was significantly higher than the pH value of <4 enzyme content. That local defects in the gastric mucosal barrier to pepsin resistance decreased, may be more closely related to the occurrence of peptic ulcer.
