由国家自然科学基金委员会会同国家教委、建设部、交通部、铁道部、冶金部、国家地震局及国家环保局等7个委、部、局联合资助的“七五”重大项目“工程建设中的智能辅助决策系统的应用研究”,经过20个单位、200余科技工作者5年的艰苦努力、联合攻关,取得了丰硕成果。这个重大项目已于1992年12月在清华大学通过了专家们的联合验收。经过严格认真的验收,评委们认为:该项目整体已达到国际先进水平,个别子项已达到国际领先水平。专家们预见,此项成果
