房屋建筑工程的基础施工部分,基坑支护和桩基工程占有十分重要的比重,其专业技术性强,施工复杂,工期较长,深受地质条件影响,并且关乎工程整体结构质量安全以及总体施工进度,这在高层及超高层建筑深基坑项目上更是如此。在项目施工过程中,管理人员需要针对项目的特点因地制宜,选择合适的技术及方法进行控制,才可以最大限度的降低施工中的安全隐患,以确保工程质量。因此,本文将对深基坑支护及预制桩基础工程主要施工技术质量控制进行重点探讨。
