备受瞩目的全国最大的新社区——广州金沙洲新社区,经过各路建设大军一年来的努力奋战,平地拔起的楼房,开始掀开社区神秘的面纱。始于2006年底破土动工的金沙洲新社区,历经10个多月的紧张酝酿,即将在今年底化蝶而出。这一由广州市政府主导,为“解决双特困户及低收入家庭的居住问题”而建的大型理想新社区,一直牵动着公众的神经,也承载着无数人的安居梦。十七大“住有所居”的提出、廉租房的“加码”又为这片新社区聚焦了更多的眼神。
