通过对全省食品卫生监督机构和食品生产经营单位的抽样调查 ,弄清了四川省食品卫生与监督执法的现状。各地在《食品卫生法》颁布近两年的时间里 ,深入学习并广泛宣传了《食品卫生法》,加强了食品卫生监督执法队伍建设 ,依法开展了食品卫生监督监测工作 ,为保证食品卫生、保护人民身体健康起了决定性作用。同时也暴露出监督体制未理顺、分级管理不统一、宣传教育不够、卫生监督经费不足等问题。针对问题提出了对策与建议
Through the sampling survey of food hygiene supervision agencies and food production and management units in the province, the status quo of food hygiene and supervision and law enforcement in Sichuan Province was clarified. In the past two years since the promulgation of the Food Sanitation Law, it has thoroughly studied and widely advertised the Food Sanitation Law, strengthened the construction of food hygiene supervision and law enforcement personnel, and conducted food hygiene supervision and monitoring according to law. In order to ensure food hygiene, Protecting people’s health has played a decisive role. At the same time, it also exposed such problems as the unmanaged supervision system, the uneven management at different levels, the inadequate propaganda and education, the insufficient funds for health supervision and so on.
