本文阐述用离散系统理论设计液压伺服系统中的数字控制器和用单片微型机实现控制的方法。通过在采煤机滚筒自动调高液压伺服系统中试验,证明这种设计方法具有较大的优越性,能使系统具何响应快、无超调等性能。
This article describes the discrete system theory to design hydraulic servo system digital controller and the use of single-chip microcomputer to achieve the control method. Through the experiment of self-adjusting hydraulic servo system of shearer roller, this design method is proved to have greater superiority, which can make the system respond quickly and without overshoot.
