目的:探讨益气活血复方对PTCA术后家兔MCP-1蛋白表达的影响。方法:取雄性新西兰大白兔,采用球囊损伤兔左侧颈总动脉配合高脂饲料喂养法,建立家兔PTCA术后再狭窄模型。4周后,将存活动物随机分组为模型组(n=7)、西药组(n=8)、益气活血复方组(n=8),并建立正常组(n=4)。喂养4周后,免疫组化检测兔左侧颈总动脉MCP-1蛋白表达情况。结果:各治疗组均能下调MCP-1的过高表达,与模型组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);辛伐他汀组与益气活血复方组无显著差异。结论:益气活血复方可以下调PTCA术后MCP-1的表达,提示益气活血复方可以防治PTCA术后再狭窄。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue compound on the expression of MCP-1 protein in rabbits after PTCA. METHODS: Male New Zealand white rabbits were used to infuse the left common carotid artery of rabbits with a high-fat diet to create a rabbit model of restenosis after PTCA. After 4 weeks, surviving animals were randomly divided into model group (n=7), western medicine group (n=8), Yiqi Huoxue compound group (n=8), and normal group (n=4). After 4 weeks of feeding, the expression of MCP-1 protein in the left common carotid artery was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: All treatment groups were able to downregulate the overexpression of MCP-1, which was significantly different from the model group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the simvastatin group and the Yiqi Huoxue compound group. Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue compound can down-regulate the expression of MCP-1 after PTCA, suggesting that Yiqihuoxue compound can prevent restenosis after PTCA.
