[目的]建立SYP-9080原药高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(体积比45∶55),流速为1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长254 nm条件下进行外标法定量。[结果]该方法在300~700 mg/L质量浓度范围内呈良好线性,回收率在99.50%~100.01%之间,标准偏差为0.13,变异系数为0.14%。[结论]该方法操作简便,准确度和精密度高,线性相关性好。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish SYP-9080 high performance liquid chromatographic analysis method. [Method] With the Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (volume ratio 45:55), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. [Result] The method showed a good linearity in the range of 300-700 mg / L. The recoveries ranged from 99.50% to 100.01% with a standard deviation of 0.13 and a coefficient of variation of 0.14%. [Conclusion] The method is simple and easy to operate with high accuracy and precision and good linear correlation.
