[目的]建立一种反相高效液相色谱测定吡蚜酮原药的定量分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用Acclaim C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈与0.2 g/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲盐溶液(体积比10∶90)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,紫外检测器检测波长为250 nm,对吡蚜酮原药进行分离和测定。[结果]当吡蚜酮质量浓度为40~600 mg/L时,吡蚜酮的线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差为0.31;变异系数为0.31%,平均回收率为99.9%。[结论]该方法准确,快速,分离效果好,适合于吡蚜酮原药的定量分析。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the quantitative analysis of pymetrozine by HPLC with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.2 g / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffered saline solution (volume ratio 10:90) by using high performance liquid chromatography with Acclaim C_ (18) column at a flow rate of 1.0 m L / min, UV detector detection wavelength of 250 nm, the pymetrozine original drug separation and determination. [Result] The linear correlation coefficient of pymetrozine was 0.9999 and the standard deviation was 0.31 when the concentration of pymetrozine was 40 ~ 600 mg / L. The coefficient of variation was 0.31% and the average recovery was 99.9%. [Conclusion] The method is accurate, rapid and effective in separation and is suitable for the quantitative analysis of pymetrozine.
