多元文化是指在人类社会越来越复杂化,信息流通越来发达的情况下,文化的更新转型也日益加快,各种文化的发展均面临着不同的机遇和挑战,新的文化也将层出不穷。本文就是在这个大背景下,阐述了语文教师文化冲突的内涵、特征及冲突原因,并提出相应对策,以期能够对当下的语文教学顺利进行提供一些理论基础和建议。
As multiculturalism refers to the increasingly complicated human society and the more developed circulation of information, cultural renewal and transformation are also accelerating day by day. All kinds of cultural development face different opportunities and challenges, and new cultures will also emerge in an endless stream. . In this context, this article expounds the connotation, characteristics and causes of conflicts of Chinese teachers’ cultural conflicts and puts forward corresponding countermeasures so as to provide some theoretical basis and suggestions for the current Chinese teaching.
