本文在实验室试验中研究了从水溶液中提取镍、铜和锌的过程。提出了从水溶液中除去重金属的选择性二循环浮选法。第一循环将重金属吸附在灭活的微生物上 ,第二循环用分散的空气泡浮选负载有金属的生物质。研究中应用了以下 3种菌株 :黄青霉、卡尔酵母和龟裂链霉菌。研究的试验参数为 :溶液pH、生物质浓度、表面活性剂浓度和絮凝剂浓度。还考查了洗提后生物质再用的可能性。浮选是一种低费用的 ,有现成设备和技术秘诀的方法。生物吸附浮选是一种有前途的方法
This paper studies the process of extracting nickel, copper and zinc from aqueous solution in laboratory experiments. A selective two-cycle flotation method was proposed to remove heavy metals from aqueous solutions. The first cycle adsorbs heavy metals onto the inactivated microorganisms and the second cycle flotates the metal laden biomass with dispersed air bubbles. The following three strains were used in the study: Penicillium chrysogenum, Karl yeasts and Streptomyces fissionum. The experimental parameters studied were: solution pH, biomass concentration, surfactant concentration and flocculant concentration. Also examined the possibility of reuse of biomass after elution. Flotation is a low-cost method with ready-made equipment and technical know-how. Biosorption flotation is a promising method
