沥青胶结料性能、沥青用量、级配、孔隙率及外加剂是抗车辙性能的主要影响因素。本文结合理论分析与室内试验方法对沥青混合料抗车辙性能优化关键技术进行研究。结果表明:综合采用改性沥青与抗车辙技术,并借鉴Superpave与SMA混合料级配设计方法设计的抗车辙型沥青混合料具有良好的物理力学与体积指标;同时70℃条件下的动稳定度指标为3975次/mm,具有优越的水稳定性与高温性能;实体工程车辙深度跟踪观测表明车辙性能优化技术能够有效改善沥青路面抗车辙性能。
Asphalt binder performance, asphalt content, gradation, porosity and admixture are the main influencing factors of rutting resistance. In this paper, theoretical analysis and laboratory test methods to optimize the rutting performance of asphalt mixture key technologies are studied. The results show that the anti-rutting asphalt mixture with modified asphalt and anti-rutting technology and designed by Superpave and SMA mixture grading design method has good physical-mechanical and volumetric indexes. Meanwhile, the dynamic stability at 70 ℃ The index is 3975 times / mm, which has excellent water stability and high temperature performance. The track observation of solid engineering rut depth shows that the rutting optimization technology can effectively improve the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement.
