一、前言胆汁酸(主要种类及代号见表1)的分析方法无论是对临床化学或胆汁酸类药物的研究开发来讲都有十分重要的意义。早在中国古代的《神农本草经》中就记载了鲤鱼胆的性味功效。此外,历代的本草多有记载动物胆的性味主治,很多重要的方剂中如犀黄丸、牛黄散、六神丸等都含有动物胆汁。对这些动物胆及其制剂的分析现已有不少报导详见附表2。西方国家对胆汁酸的研究从19世纪初已开始,至于胆汁酸的定量研究于70年代才开始形成。
I. INTRODUCTION The analysis methods for bile acids (the main types and code numbers are shown in Table 1) are of great significance both in the research and development of clinical chemistry or bile acid drugs. As early as in ancient China’s “Shen Nong’s Herbal Classic”, it recorded the sexual taste of squid gall. In addition, the history of herbal medicine has many animal biliary indications, and many important prescriptions such as Xihuang Pill, Niuhuang San, Liushen Pill and so on contain animal bile. There are many reports on the analysis of these animal gall bladders and their preparations. See Attached Table 2. The study of bile acids in the western countries started from the beginning of the 19th century. As for the quantitative study of bile acids, it began to form in the 1970s.
