目的了解克拉玛依市不同级别餐饮业食用植物油卫生状况,为有效监管食用植物油提供科学依据。方法在大型酒店、小饭馆、西餐厅、学校和企业食堂随机抽取食用植物油,依据GB5009.37-2003《食用植物油卫生标准的分析方法》和GB5009.22-2003《食物中黄曲霉毒素B1的测定》进行检测,并根据GB2716-2005《食用植物油卫生标准》进行评价。结果共计抽检样品108份,合格108份,合格率为100%。结论克拉玛依市食用植物油消费市场总体情况较好。
Objective To understand the hygienic status of edible vegetable oil at different levels in Karamay and provide a scientific basis for the effective regulation of edible vegetable oil. Methods Edible vegetable oils were randomly selected from large hotels, eateries, western restaurants, schools and corporate canteens. According to GB5009.37-2003 “Method for Analysis of Sanitary Standard for Edible Vegetable Oils” and GB5009.22-2003 “Determination of Aflatoxin B1 in Foods ”For testing, and in accordance with GB2716-2005“ edible vegetable oil health standards ”for evaluation. Results A total of 108 samples sampled, passing 108, with a pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The consumption of edible vegetable oil in Karamay City is generally good.
