本文叙述了关于植保机械的几个雾化理论问题,其中包括:液体雾化的动力,液体雾化所消耗的能量,毛细管尖咀雾化,扇型雾喷头雾化,转盘雾化,涡流式喷头雾化,风送雾化,超声波雾化,静电雾化。这些理论都有其一定的局限性,尚有待于进一步作全面而系统的试验研究,才能为改进、创制植保机械提供具体可靠的基本资料和切实有效的理论依据,从而满足农业生产上的迫切需要。
This article describes several atomization theory issues related to plant protection machinery, including: the power of liquid atomization, the energy consumed by liquid atomization, capillary tip atomization, fan-type fog nozzle atomization, turntable atomization, eddy current Nozzle spray, the wind sent atomization, ultrasonic atomization, electrostatic atomization. These theories have their own limitations, yet to be further comprehensive and systematic pilot study, in order to improve and create plant protection machinery to provide specific and reliable basic information and effective theoretical basis to meet the urgent needs of agricultural production .
