张××,男,15岁,初中学生。因阵发性无力、瘫痪、小便不利7年,干1982年8月24日入院。患者于1975年4月因患麻疹在本县医院输液治疗中突然出现四肢无力,进而瘫痪,疑为低血钾性周期性麻痹,给予钾盐治疗很快痊愈,以后每年发作10余次,多在夜间或晨起时发病,轻则四肢无力,不能起床,重则完全性四肢瘫痪,小便无力,胸闷多汗,肢体酸痛等。多因晚餐过饱或高糖饮食而诱发,轻可自愈,重时口服氯化钾可缓解。1982年8月23日晚食块糖20余块,次日晨出现四肢瘫痪,不能起床,同学发现后急送我院。
