商务翻译人才需要具备扎实的双语语言功底,同时对商务语言行为要有很强的洞察力和感悟力,善于使用恰当的商务语言进行相关信息的传递与传达。民族地区商务翻译人才培养的环境特征要求其商务翻译人才培养模式应该从结构走向建构,设计模拟真实或者全真的教学环境,以学生为中心,以情境体验为载体,以过程教学为导向,让学习者在真实或者仿真的环境中,经历完整的翻译过程,从而培养学习者基于真实过程体验的商务翻译技能。
