目的探讨人脑胶质瘤中神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)的表达特点,了解其与肿瘤组织病理分级及预后间的相关性。方法观察86例脑胶质瘤患者脑胶质瘤组织及10例脑外伤行内减压术患者正常脑组织中NGF表达情况,并分析NGF核阳性率与脑胶质瘤病理分级及预后的关系。结果 NGF在正常脑组织中主要分布于细胞质,而在胶质瘤组织中分布于细胞质及细胞核中;高级别胶质瘤组NGF核阳性率(69.0%)高于低级别组(32.2%)(P<0.05);胶质瘤中NGF表达阳性者中位生存时间低于阴性者(P<0.05)。结论 NGF在脑胶质瘤中水平变化与胶质瘤组织病理分级、预后密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of nerve growth factor (NGF) in human glioma and its correlation with pathological grade and prognosis of human gliomas. Methods The expression of NGF was detected in 86 glioma patients with glioma and 10 normal brain tissues undergoing endobronchial decompression. The relationship between the positive rate of NGF and the pathological grading and prognosis of glioma was analyzed. Results NGF mainly distributed in cytoplasm in normal brain tissue and cytoplasm and nucleus in glioma tissue. The positive rate of NGF in high grade glioma group was higher than that in low grade group (69.2%) (32.2%) P <0.05). The median survival time of gliomas with positive NGF expression was lower than that of negative ones (P <0.05). Conclusion The level of NGF in gliomas is closely related to the histopathological grade and prognosis of glioma.
