[目的 /意义]构建数字参考咨询集成服务平台,有效解决中国科学院文献情报中心参考咨询平台存在的服务场景离散、使用流程繁琐以及与科研过程脱节的问题。[方法 /过程]提出构建“数字参考咨询集成服务模式”方法,利用Red5流媒体技术、Flex富客户端以及Java跨平台等信息技术,对实时咨询、即时通信服务、Alert服务、咨询服务统计评价以及支持第三方平台的开放接口等多种信息服务集成模式进行设计与实现。[结果/结论]创建中国科学院文献情报中心新版网上咨询台,有效支撑98位学科咨询专家为中国科学院和社会用户提供高效、稳定与用户体验良好的数字参考咨询服务,其集成服务模式也支持相关信息服务系统与参考咨询服务的集成融合与互操作。
[Purpose / Significance] To construct a digital reference service platform to effectively resolve the discrete service scenarios, cumbersome procedures and out of touch with the scientific research process of the Reference and Information Platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. [Methods / Processes] Propose to build a “Digital Reference Service Model” approach to provide real-time consulting, instant messaging service, Alert service, consulting service using Red5 streaming media technology, Flex rich client and Java cross-platform and other information technologies Statistical evaluation and support for open third-party platform interface and other information service integration model design and implementation. [Results / Conclusion] A new online information desk of the Chinese Academy of Science Document and Information Center was established, effectively supporting 98 subject experts to provide Chinese Academy of Sciences and social users with digital reference services with high efficiency, stability and user experience. The integrated service mode also supports related Integration and interoperation of information service system and reference service.
