艾滋病病例和人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者正在全球范围包括我国在内逐年上升,当进行基因疫苗研制时,首先应该搞清楚当地的流行毒株是什么。我们采用PCR-单链构象多态性分析技术,对主要来自云南地区的26份经确证的阳性血清标本进行了结构分析,发现其中15份的gag基因片段呈现一致的单链构象,与异源双链分析的结果基本一致,从而初步确定这类毒株为当地流行的主要毒株,为以后的序列测定及基因型确定奠定基础。
AIDS cases and human immunodeficiency virus-infected persons are increasing year by year, including our country. When developing genetic vaccines, we should first find out what the local epidemic strains are. We used PCR-single strand conformation polymorphism analysis of the structure of 26 validated positive serum samples mainly from Yunnan region and found that 15 of the gag gene fragments showed a consistent single-strand conformation, with heterologous The result of double-stranded chain analysis was basically the same, which initially determined that these strains were the main strains which were endemic in our country, which laid the foundation for future sequence determination and genotyping.
