水杉是一种速生用材树种。水杉的扦插繁殖,在林业生产单位已广为应用。为了了解其生根与解剖结构的关系。我们作了一些工作,现介绍于下: 一、水杉茎的基本构造(嫩枝与老枝的比较) 1.嫩枝(一年生枝) a、最外层为一层表皮细胞。 b、薄壁细胞多即活细胞多,如皮层部较宽,髓较大。 c、木质部面积小,细胞少,且细胞壁木质化程度浅。 2.老枝(二至多年生枝) a、最外层如多层细胞的周皮。
