目的:评价五常法在预防接种门诊的管理和应用现状,总结完善预防接种门诊的管理和应用效率的重要对策。方法:笔者随机选取疾病预防控制中心接受预防接种的214名0-6岁孩童,以五常法为主要手段强化预防接种门诊的管理,统计与观察管理前、管理后孩童家长对疾病预防控制中心服务水平满意程度、环境状况以及服务质量的评价情况。结果:与管理前相比,管理以后孩童家长对疾病预防控制中心服务水平满意程度、环境状况以及服务质量的评价均有提升,比较明显表现出差异(P<0.05)。结论:基于预防接种门诊的管理和应用程序来说,通过以五常法为主要手段强化管理,有助于提升孩童家长对疾病预防控制中心服务水平满意程度,提升预防接种门诊整体工作效率、改善环境状况以及服务质量方面表现出重要价值,可推广。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the status of management and application of the five practices in outpatient vaccination clinics and to summarize the important countermeasures to improve the management and application efficiency of vaccination clinics. Methods: The author randomly selected 214 children aged 0-6 who received vaccination at CDC to strengthen the management, statistics and observation of vaccination clinics by means of the five-regular method. Before the management, the parents of the children who were in charge of the management of the CDC Level of satisfaction, environmental conditions and service quality evaluation. Results: Compared with that before the management, parents of the children in the management improved their satisfaction with the service level, the environmental conditions and the quality of service of the CDC, which showed obvious differences (P <0.05). Conclusion: Based on the management and application of vaccination clinics, the strengthening of management by using the five-regular method as the main means will help raise the level of satisfaction of parents with CDC services, improve the overall work efficiency of vaccination clinics and improve the environment Status and quality of service has shown an important value, can be promoted.
