抗日战争时期,根据阶级关系的变化,我党在陕甘宁边区及敌后各抗日根据地,把没收地主阶级的土地政策改变为减租减息的土地政策。这一政策转变,对于调动广大农民群众抗日和生产的积极性,团结社会各阶层,巩固扩大统一战线,保卫边区,战胜日本帝国主义起了极其重大的作用。今天认真学习研究这一问题,对于了解陕甘宁边区的政治、经济状况,深入理解一切从实际出发,实事求是,理论联系实际的党的思想路线都具有重大的意义。
During the period of the Anti-Japanese War, according to the changes in class relations, our party changed land confiscated the landlord class land policy into the land policy of reducing rent and interest rates in the anti-Japanese base areas in the Shensi-Kansu-Namsia and the enemy rear. This policy shift has played an extremely important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the masses of peasants in resisting Japan and in production, uniting all sectors of society, consolidating and expanding the united front, defending the border areas and defeating Japanese imperialism.
