新课程改革已经进入第四个年头,许多《数学课程标准》所提倡的教学理念和教学方式已渐渐为广大小学数学教师所接受并在教学实践中得到体现。如数学教学生活化、自主合作探究的教学方式、创设开放平等民主的教学氛围等。但是,由于教师在新理念的理解或认识上的偏差,或是由于新课程标准、新课程教材本身还不够完善(存在一些不足和缺陷),致使当前小学数学教学不可避免地出现了一些不良现象。下面,笔者通过在教学实践过程中亲身经历的几个实例,
