我国膨润土资源丰富,分布于全国23个省区。目前,国内膨润土矿大都为自然凉晒,手工选矿。不能生产膨润土精矿和充分利用低品位的膨润土,产品质量不稳定,作为化工及某些较高级产品的填料难以做到产品的定向供应,因此膨润土选矿已提到日程上了。膨润土湿法选矿目前国内外仍处于研究阶段,国家建材局地质研究所于1985年初开展了膨润土的湿法选矿研究,我们采用重选法达到了除去泥、砂,富集蒙脱石含量的目的。我们成功的应用了絮凝方法解决了膨润土湿法选矿中矿浆固液分离问题。在此基础上,我们最近对
