在进行港口工程潮位年频率分析时,使用耿贝尔曲线法以及P-Ⅲ型曲线法都不合适的情况下而寻找出另一个分析方法——纯经验频率曲线法。它是利用实测潮位资料,通过特大值处理后的经验频率点的重心,绘出的经验频率曲线,借以推算求出重现期水位,计算结果比较满意。 此法也应用于一些港口设计风速（风速年频率）计算上,以间接地推求设计风浪要素、同样也获得比较满意结果。 During the frequency analysis of the tide level of the port project, another method of analysis, the purely empirical frequency curve method, was found using both the Gombel curve method and the P-Ⅲ curve method. It is the use of measured tidal level data, through the experience of extra-large value of the frequency of the center of experience, draw the empirical frequency curve, so as to calculate the return period of water level, the calculation results are satisfactory. This method is also applied to the calculation of some port design wind speed (annual wind speed) in order to indirectly infer the design wind and wave elements and also obtain satisfactory results.
