21世纪是学校的教育创造性转型的时代,《刑事诉讼法》也不例外,它所处的时代背景也对这门课程的教学改革提出了迫切的要求。本文通过对课程性质和课程设计具体内容的论述,对《刑事诉讼法》的教学改革提出了一些理论建议,以期引起法学教育者对此问题的更广泛的关注与思考。
The 21st century is an era of creative transformation of education in schools. The Criminal Procedure Law is no exception. The background of the times it places also poses an urgent requirement for the teaching reform of this course. This essay puts forward some theoretical suggestions on the teaching reform of “Criminal Procedure Law” by discussing the nature of curriculum and the specific content of curriculum design in order to arouse the attention and thinking of law educators on this issue.
