镉的分析方法很多,双硫腙法是长期应用于分析镉的方法,其灵敏度虽高,但需要反复提取,操作较繁,准确度也低;近代发展的电化学——阳极溶出伏安法,其灵敏度很高,但对测定基体比较复杂的生物介质中的镉也十分困难的。原子吸收法是测定镉较为理想的方法,但由于生物材料基体比较复杂,于扰因素多,试样处理不当,背景吸收过大,影响到方法的灵敏度及准确度。我们探讨了无火焰原子吸收法测定发镉的最佳工作条件,现报告如下。
