教育是一门科学,也是一种艺术。要提高质量,很好地完成育人任务,就必须了解教育过程中各种心理现象及其发展变化规律,提高育人的科学性和艺术性。体育开展和实施心理健康教育是当今体育教学工作的一项重要内容,也是体育研究的紧迫课题。针对青少年学生心理健康问题的日趋严峻,结合体育的现状和发展,该文采用了理论与实践探究的方式。从身心健康、青春期、情绪、意志品质等几方面,提出了体育活动的开展对初中生心理健康教育的促进,进行系统的概述与总结,为激发学生的运动兴趣、发展学生的创造性思维、树立“健康第一”的体育思想,为推进学校体育教学中心理健康教育理论和实践提供参考。
