回顾2004年以来22例T2DM合并恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果:合并胰腺癌者5例,占22.7%;胃癌4例,占18.1%;肠癌4例,占18.1%;乳腺癌4例,18.1%;肺癌5例,占22.7%;结论:糖尿病是多种肿瘤发病的重要危险因素。
The clinical data of 22 T2DM patients with malignant tumor since 2004 were retrospectively reviewed. Results: There were 5 cases with pancreatic cancer (22.7%), 4 cases with gastric cancer (18.1%), 4 cases with colorectal cancer (18.1%), 4 cases with breast cancer (18.1%) and 5 cases with lung cancer (22.7%). Conclusion: A variety of important tumor risk factors.
