目的:了解深圳市场大豆及豆制品(食用油除外)中转基因成分的阳性率,完善检测方法,为政府监管转基因大豆提供科学依据。方法:定期在深圳市场随机抽取大豆及豆制品,采用实时荧光PCR方法对其进行定性检测,评估深圳市场转基因大豆的阳性率,并运用统计学方法与往年的检测结果进行比较和分析。结果:2012年共检测样品86份,均未检出转基因阳性样品,阳性率为0%,与2006和2011年的检测结果分别比较,结果差异无统计学意义。结论:深圳市场大豆及豆制品(食用油除外)的转基因阳性率较低,未见有上升的趋势。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the positive rate of GMO in soybeans and soy products (except edible oil) in Shenzhen market and improve the detection methods to provide a scientific basis for the government to regulate genetically modified soybeans. Methods: Soybean and soybean products were randomly selected in Shenzhen market. The real-time PCR method was used to qualitatively test the positive rate of genetically modified soybeans in Shenzhen. The statistical methods were used to compare and analyze the results of previous years. Results: A total of 86 samples were tested in 2012, and no positive transgenic samples were detected. The positive rate was 0%. Compared with the results of 2006 and 2011 respectively, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The positive rate of transgene in soybeans and soy products (except edible oil) in Shenzhen market is low, and there is no upward trend.
