用热扩散手段,以Al做中间夹层,在550~650℃温度范围内,2 MPa压力下,真空中保温2 h制造了Ti/Al/304L不锈钢复合板。采用扫描电镜(SEM)研究横截面微观结构,使用能谱线扫描分析截面元素分布,使用X射线衍射(XRD)分析断面相组成。结果表明:热扩散制造Ti/Al/304L不锈钢复合板的工艺温度最好在550℃附近,此时Al中间夹层既起到了阻止Fe元素向Ti基体中扩散形成脆性Fe-Ti金属间化合物,又使Al元素和Fe元素形成了稳定的扩散层。
Ti / Al / 304L stainless steel clad plate was fabricated by means of thermal diffusion with Al interlayer as interlayer insulation at a temperature of 550-650 ° C and a pressure of 2 MPa in vacuum for 2 h. The microstructure of the cross section was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), the elemental distribution of the cross section was analyzed by energy spectrum scanning and the phase composition was analyzed by X - ray diffraction (XRD).
