为适应我国城市现代化建设和测绘事业发展的需要.根据建设部《关于发送一九九○年工程建设行业标准(建设部部分)制订、修订计划的通知》([1990]建标第407号)要求,由建设部城市规划司主持,并由北京市测绘设计研究院会同有关单位共同修订的行业标准《城市测量规范》,1997年6月在南昌通过专家会议审查,经建设部于1999年2月10日批准为强制性行业标准,编号为CJJ8—99,自1999年7且1日起施行.原部标准《城市测量规范》CJJ8一85同时废止.为便于全面理解、正确掌握和贯彻执行该《规范》,现将修订本《规范》的主要情况及有关问题简介如下:
In order to meet the needs of China’s urban modernization and the development of the surveying and mapping industry, it is based on the “Notice on Sending out the 1990’s Engineering Construction Industry Standards (Ministry of Construction) Regulations” ([1990] Jianbiao No. 407). The request was presided over by the Urban Planning Department of the Ministry of Construction, and the industry standard “Urban Surveying Standard” jointly revised by the Beijing Institute of Surveying and Mapping, jointly with relevant units, was reviewed in Nanchang in June 1997 through a meeting of experts, and was approved by the Ministry of Construction in 1999. Approved as a mandatory industry standard on the 10th of the month, numbered CJJ8-99, implemented on the 7th and 1st of 1999. The original Ministry of Standards “Urban Measurement Standards” CJJ8-85 was also abolished. To facilitate a comprehensive understanding, correct understanding and implementation The “Specifications”, now the main conditions of the revised “Code” and related issues are summarized as follows:
