目的探究在急诊科护理中优质护理服务的应用效果,并总结应用体会。方法从落实优质护理服务前后阶段各随机选取急诊科患者102例,分别作为对照组(就诊时,未落实优质护理服务)和优质护理组(就诊时,已经落实优质护理服务),对比两组的效果。结果在护理质量评分和基础护理质量评分以及患者满意度上,更占优势的当属优质护理组,两组之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务的落实,有助于提高急诊科的护理质量和患者满意度,应该进一步加以推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality nursing service in emergency department nursing and to sum up the application experience. Methods A total of 102 emergency department patients were randomly selected from each stage before and after the implementation of quality care service. The two groups were treated as control group (no quality care service at the time of treatment) and high quality nursing group (quality nursing service was implemented at the time of treatment) effect. Results In the quality of care scores and basic quality of care scores and patient satisfaction, the more dominant is the quality of care group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing service will help improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction in emergency department and should be further popularized and applied.
