In some northeastern Soviet Union mines, there is a large amount of labor involved in the electrical blasting and the complicated construction of the blasting network which is not reliable enough. Therefore, the probability of refusing explosions is very high and often leads to the dangerous situation of casualties. The vast majority of northern open pit mine refused to blast, most of the reliability of blasting equipment is not high and blasting network laying poor quality. Therefore, methods and technical means to improve the reliability of electric burst network have been established.
