本文阐述了新形势下思想政治工作面临的新课题和新挑战,以及水电企业员工存在的心理健康隐患和精神需求。结合水电企业特殊性就引入心理学作为新时期思想政治工作新途径做了分析,初步探讨了心理学在水电企业中的应用,以此建立一支健康、积极、幸福的员工队伍,提高员工认同感和工作的积极性,加强组织的凝聚力和向心力,形成和谐向上、安全高效的企业文化,从而有力推动企业管理的提升和水电事业的长远发展。
This article elaborates the new topics and new challenges that ideological and political work faces in the new situation, as well as the mental health risks and spiritual needs of employees in hydropower enterprises. Based on the particularity of hydropower enterprises, it introduces psychology as a new way of ideological and political work in the new era, and explores the application of psychology in hydropower enterprises to establish a healthy, active and happy staff team and enhance employee recognition Sense of work and enthusiasm, strengthen the organization’s cohesion and solidarity, a harmonious and progressive, safe and efficient corporate culture, which effectively promote the improvement of business management and the long-term development of hydropower.
