笔者就中、高压管道连接中密封问题设计了三种装置,现介绍如下:1.单层管连接在管与管的连接中,采用可拆锥度密封接头(见图1),锥度2α=30°,锥度配合长度 l=(0.5~1)D。经管内通以风压为6MPa 的实际试验,符合设计要求,解决了风管接口漏气问题。2.双层管连接双层钻杆的连接,原采用圆柱矩形螺纹连接,外壁漏气严重。笔者在原连接的基础上,在圆柱矩形螺纹的前端加一锥度承肩(见图2),承肩锥度2α=22°l=(10~15)mm,借助矩形螺纹的旋紧而使锥度承肩
