1目的探讨不同时间模式参芎化瘀胶囊预处理对全脑缺血再灌注大鼠损伤及平衡能力的影响。2方法将64只成年SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、参芎化瘀胶囊预处理7d组(药物干预1组)和参芎化瘀胶囊预处理14d组(药物干预2组),每组16只,并分1、3、7、14d4个时间点进行测量,分别给予药物干预7、14d预处理。制备全脑缺血再灌注动物模型。HE染色观察海马CA1区组织学改变,平衡木法测定行为学评分。3结果与对照组比较,模型组神经元细胞数量减少明显,所有时间点行为学评分升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,参芎化瘀胶囊干预组神经元细胞数量增加,行为学评分降低(P<0.05);和药物干预1组比较,药物干预2组神经元细胞数量、行为学评分在7、14d时间点差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4结论参芎化瘀胶囊预处理对全脑缺血大鼠再灌注神经元损伤具有保护作用,对肢体协调、平衡、肌力恢复有促进作用,药物的作用效果和预处理时间的长短有关系。
1 Objective To explore the effects of different time modes of Shenxionghuayu Capsule preconditioning on the injury and balance of global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods 64 adult SD male rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Shenxionghuayu capsule pretreatment group 7d (drug intervention group 1) and Shenxionghuayu capsule pretreatment group 14d (drug intervention group 2) , Each group of 16, and points at 1,3,7,14 d4 time points were measured, were given drug intervention 7,14 d pretreatment. Preparation of whole brain ischemia-reperfusion animal model. Histological changes of hippocampal CA1 area were observed by HE staining and behavioral score by balance beam method. Results Compared with the control group, the number of neuronal cells in the model group decreased significantly, and the behavioral score increased at all time points (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, Shenxionghuayu capsule intervention group increased the number of neuronal cells, (P <0.05). Compared with the drug intervention group 1, the number of neuronal cells in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the drug intervention group (P <0.05) at the 7th and 14th day. 4 Conclusion Shenxionghuayu capsule preconditioning on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in neurons have a protective effect on limb coordination, balance, muscle strength and promote the role of the drug effect and the length of the pretreatment time .
