苏联近年来把炉外精炼当作炼钢过程的重要环节,他们认为搞好炉外精炼改善钢的质量,等于增加了钢的产量。一般地讲,除了超低碳、低氢含量以及要求有特殊性能的钢以外,都可以用非真空法处理的,即用吹氩、喷粉和合成渣处理。早在50年代末期,苏联就广泛开展了石灰——铝氧渣的研究工作,有关合成渣处理的文章比较多,本文叙述的主要内容是苏联吹氩、喷粉和合成渣处理的一些实际经验。
The Soviet Union in recent years, the furnace refining as an important part of the steel making process, they think refining the furnace to improve the quality of steel, equal to an increase of steel production. In general, non-vacuum processes, in addition to ultra-low carbon, low hydrogen contents and steels requiring special properties, can be treated with argon, dusting and synthetic slag. As early as the late 1950s, the Soviet Union carried out extensive research work on Lime-Alumina slag. There are many articles on the treatment of Synthetic Slag, the main contents of this article are some practical experiences of argon blowing, dusting and synthetic slag treatment in the Soviet Union .
